Like every newsroom, we make mistakes. Our rule: correct them quickly, and say so.
Report an error
Email contact@trainsnews.com with the link to the story and, if possible, the source that contradicts it. Every report is reviewed by our expert.
What we do
A factual error (figure, date, name, place) is corrected in the story and flagged with a line at the end: "Correction, [date]: …". Typos and formatting slips are fixed without a note. Outdated information is updated, with the update date at the top of the story. We do not delete a story to hide a mistake.
